Who we are
Charleston Screen & Door is a local, hands-on screen company serving Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. From a single torn window screen to a full pool enclosure rebuild, we show up when we say we will, quote a flat price, and leave the porch cleaner than we found it.
Screens on the coast take a beating — salt air, summer storms, pollen, pets and no-see-ums that find every gap. We build with marine-grade hardware, stock multiple mesh types on the truck, and cut frames to fit your opening instead of forcing a stock size into it.
You get a free on-site measure, a flat written price before we start, and a one-year workmanship warranty on everything we install. Licensed and insured in South Carolina.
We measure, quote a flat price, and hold it.

What we do
Doors that stick, drag, won't latch or let in drafts — we diagnose and fix them on the spot for homes and businesses.
When a repair won't cut it, we measure, supply and install new doors built for Lowcountry heat, humidity and salt air.
Window repair and replacement to fix drafts, fogged glass, broken balances and windows that won't open or lock.
Swinging, sliding and retractable screen doors installed, rescreened and re-hung so they close right every time.
Screened porches, lanais and pool cages patched, rescreened or fully rebuilt — keep the bugs out and the breeze in.
Custom window screens measured and built to fit your openings — one screen or a whole-house set.
Sliding glass patio doors that grind, jump the track or won't lock — repaired fast, or replaced with a smooth new unit.
Blinds, shades and plantation shutters measured, installed and repaired for privacy, light control and a clean look.
Doors
Doors take the most wear of any opening in a home or business. We repair and replace residential and commercial doors — including sliding patio doors — with hardware that holds up to Charleston humidity, salt air and heavy use.
We repair and replace entry doors, patio doors, storm doors and screen doors at homes throughout the Charleston area.
From restaurants with screened patios to office suites and rental properties, we keep commercial doors opening and closing properly.
Sticking, jumping or drafty sliding patio doors? We fix the rollers, tracks, locks and weatherstripping so they glide like new.
We carry common rollers, handles, locks and weatherstrip on the truck. If the frame is sound, most patio and storm doors can be repaired same-day. If it's time for a replacement, we measure on site and quote a flat price before any work starts.
